• Website visitors: what you send us through the enquiry form (name, business, email, phone, message), plus the basic technical data needed to run and protect the site, such as spam protection.
• Voice demo: if you use it, the conversation is processed so the AI can answer you.
• Clients: the calls, chats and messages your AI staff handle for you, including caller names, phone numbers, bookings and conversation logs, plus your account and billing details.

Only to provide, run and support the service you signed up for, to answer your enquiries, and to invoice you. We never sell your data, never use it for advertising, and never use your data or your customers’ data to train AI models for anyone else.

• Every client’s data is kept separate from every other client’s data.
• All data is encrypted in transit.
• Access is limited to the staff who need it to run your service.
• We run the service on established infrastructure and AI providers, each bound to protect your data and to use it only to provide the service to us.

Only those service providers, and only as far as needed to run the service. We will also disclose data where the law requires it. Nothing else.

Client data is kept while you are a client and deleted within 30 days of cancellation, or sooner if you ask. Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing john@lucubro.ai. If you spoke to the AI of one of our clients, contact that business first; we act on their instructions.

We handle personal data in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
