Terms of Service

Lucubro AI is a product of PT Indomus Trading Solutions, Jl. Dr. Cipto No. 18–20, Bugangan, Semarang Timur, Kota Semarang 50126, Jawa Tengah, Indonesia.

We build and run AI staff for your business, as described in the packages on lucubro.ai.

• All prices are fixed and shown in USD on lucubro.ai.
• All payments are made to PT Indomus Trading Solutions by official invoice from john@lucubro.ai.
• The build fee is paid up front, and your build starts once it is paid. Monthly fees are invoiced monthly.
• Call packages include the stated number of incoming calls per month. Extra calls are $1 each.
• Outbound calling campaigns are custom builds, quoted separately.

Our Guarantees apply to these AI Staff products: Ascend, Sentinel, Omnipresence, Dominion, Private staff agent, Invoicing automation and Customer reactivation. They do not apply to websites (including websites with live AI chat), social media products or AI Visibility products.

It Works or It’s Free Guarantee: If, 60 days after go-live, Lucubro AI is not performing every function set out in the client’s signed Service Agreement, the client pays no monthly fee from that point and we continue working on it at no charge until it does. Normal monthly billing resumes once Lucubro AI performs as agreed.

Need for Speed Guarantee: If Lucubro AI is not live within 14 days of us receiving all the access and information the build requires, the client’s first month’s monthly fee is waived. For products without a monthly fee, the first month’s service charges are waived.

Both guarantees depend on the client supplying all access and information the build requires. The guarantees do not include a cash refund.

There is no lock-in contract. You can cancel your monthly fee at any time with 30 days’ written notice to john@lucubro.ai.

Your AI tells callers and customers that it is an AI.

You use the service lawfully, including following the call-recording and consent rules where you operate, and you make sure the information you give us to set up your AI is accurate.

We work to keep your AI running 24/7, but we cannot promise uninterrupted uptime at all times. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us. Nothing in this section reduces Our Guarantees in section 04.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
